Shipping and Returns

Domestic shipping in United Kingdom, or from Norway to the EU and UK.

Delivery time:

 
All orders placed by 1pm from Monday - Thursday will be delivered the following day. Orders placed by 1pm on Friday will arrive on Monday, unless a Saturday delivery is requested. Any orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
 
For orders going to areas in Asia and the Middle East, please take up to 5-10 days for delivery. We aim to send goods ordered in the shortest possible time, but we are not responsible for delays or damage that occurred during transit.

We always suggest choosing UPS (Expedited Shipping) or DHL express to ensure delivery, especially to the following destinations:

Shipping costs

 
Standard shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Standard domestic shipping in United Kingdom is £25,00
 
 

VAT

 
Based on the official declaration on VAT, everything sent domestically in UK will include VAT. If goods are sent from Norway to abroad, it is excluding VAT, but VAT will then be calculated by the customs on arrival in the country.

 

All destinations may not charge these fees, but the buyer is still responsible for fees and/or customs fees on delivery.
 
 

When will my order be shipped?

 
Once you have placed your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days before it leaves our warehouse. Orders from 9AM to 12PM can be sent the same day or the next day.

Here is the process:

​

Once you have completed the checkout, the order is usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
After your order is processed, it leaves our warehouse.
Once sent, you will receive the tracking information via email from DHL.
As soon as the package is delivered, you will receive an email.
 
 

Right of withdrawal

 
The Right of Withdrawal Act does not apply to purchases/agreements between companies. The seller does not give a right of withdrawal on delivery of products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 
 

Delay and non-delivery

 
The seller will alway try to deliver the goods as quickly as possible. In the event of unexpected delays, the Seller will contact the Buyer with an explanation for the delay.
 
 

Replacement

 
The buyer can’t claim compensation for a small loss due to the delay.

Defects and complaints

 
Notification of defects in the products can be conveyed to the Seller in writing. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend that the complaint be sent to Sellers in writing via e-mail: info@ameelaskin.com

If you implement measures to remedy the defect on your own initiative, beyond what may have been agreed with the Seller, the Seller will not pay these expenses. All returns/complaints must be approved by the Seller. The buyer is obliged to send the item properly back to the seller in the event of a complaint.
